Paulo founded DoctorCare on the principles of openness and honesty, hard work and servitude, and the strength of relationships. As a staunch advocate of our healthcare system, Paulo believes that drastic change is necessary because the economics are broken. There are opportunities everywhere to improve, re-allocate resources and most importantly help primary care physicians be properly compensated and improve their patient’s health.
Previously, Paulo spent his entire working career working with primary care physicians in the EMR industry and in pharmaceuticals with Pfizer. He has an MBA and HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
Having spent his entire career in Ontario’s healthcare system, Adam brings a wealth of experience to the DoctorCare team. At DoctorCare, Adam is responsible for the day-to-day management of the business as we work hard to provide great programs to our great doctors.
Before DoctorCare, Adam was Vice President of Adoption and Strategic Partnerships at the Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN). Supporting over 400,000 patients annually, OTN’s mission is to develop and support telemedicine solutions that enhance access and quality of healthcare in Ontario.
Adam is a proven entrepreneur having started and grown previous health services companies that support over 2000 physicians across Canada.
