Salesforce Administrator

We’re hiring a Salesforce Administrator to join our Technology team! 

Reporting to the VP of Technology, the Salesforce administrator will be the new, sole individual responsible for supporting DoctorCare’s Salesforce instance.

Your Challenge:

  • Fully migrate our existing payment platform out of Moneris and into a new technology stack based on Stripe, and Salesforce.

  • Significantly reduce configuration errors in Salesforce through improved validation rules and improved use of automation

  • Develop and implement a disaster recovery plan for the Salesforce platform

  • Develop and implement training methods and objectives for the business to keep them fresh and engaged in the Salesforce platform
    Develop and implement an integration platform to replace our existing Salesforce to AWS integration with the aim to reduce errors and significantly improve our capabilities

  • Play a key role in implementing new and improved customer on-boarding and off-boarding processes to really drive customer satisfaction.

  • Replace our existing survey system with a modern survey system.

  • Investigate the potential to leverage Experience Cloud to drive customer engagement and capabilities forward into the next 5 years.
