Our co-op program places post-secondary students in work terms in all areas of our business from development to customer success. Our co-op students learn our business, help doctors build successful practices, and become an integral part of our team.

Medical Billing Specialist, Client Success

We’re hiring a Medical Billing Specialist to join our Client Success team! 

Reporting to the Director of Client Success, the Medical Billing Specialist will help provide exceptional guidance and support and positive experiences for our growing customer base. 

Requirements: 

  • Experience in medical billing and working within EMRs in Ontario is desired
  • Knowledge of the health system is considered an asset
  • Experience with customer service and data entry is beneficial
  • Experience with any of the following tools is also beneficial: Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, EMRs, medical billing software

Account Manager, Client Success

We’re hiring a Account Manager to join our Client Success team! 

Reporting to the Director of Client Success, the Account Manager will help provide exceptional guidance and support and positive experiences for our growing customer base. 

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Ontario’s health system, particularly Family Physician patient enrolment and funding models, is considered an asset
  • Experience in healthcare consulting, public health and/or supporting physician customers is considered an asset
  • Experience with account management and customer service is beneficial
  • Experience with any of the following tools is also beneficial: Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, EMRs, Billing Software
