Working at DoctorCare

At DoctorCare, we help doctors run better businesses and provide enhanced care to their patients – and in doing that, we’re finding innovative ways to make Ontario’s healthcare system better, too. But we couldn’t do what we do without an incredible team of smart, hard-working individuals who share the key values that make us a trusted partner in people’s business and their lives.

A diverse, inclusive workplace

DoctorCare does not discriminate in hiring. We abide by the Ontario Human Rights Code, we value diversity and we strive to create a strong team that reflects the communities and people we serve.

We get involved

We care about the community as a company and as individuals. Each year, employees get one paid day off to volunteer at a non-profit or charity of their choice – it’s remarkable seeing all the ways we find to give back. And we like to make a difference as a group, too – our team proudly walks in Toronto’s annual The Heart & Stroke Foundation’s Run/Walk & Ride. Look for us to become involved in more events!

We care about the environment

The health of the planet is just as important to us as the health of people. So we’re taking steps to operate greener wherever we can. One example? No more plastic in our office – disposable utensils and plastic water bottles have been banished, and we encourage eco-friendly alternatives whenever possible.

This is us – is it you?

Want to work in a place where learning happens every day? This is it. At DoctorCare, the people are motivated and engaged, and the culture fosters creativity and innovation.

If you’re looking to make a difference, check our current openings. And if you don’t see a match, check back – new positions come up often as we grow!
