This year, the MOH has changed the process for your annual Preventive Care bonuses.
Your Preventive Care Target Population Report will not be mailed to you.
This report is now in your online MC EDT/GO SECURE account.
For those not familiar with MC EDT, it is the same account that is used to submit your MOH billings (every physician already has one).
There are two file types for this report, both contain the same information and either one can be used to calculate your numbers.
Target population TAB
The Target population TAB file can be opened with Microsoft excel (or similar spreadsheet program) to identify and count what your attainment levels are. This version can also be a great tool to quickly create a list of patients that are overdue for their screenings, by isolating everyone without a service or exclusion date in their row.
Target population PDF
The Target population PDF file opens with most native image software found on your computer (double click the file after downloading and it should just open). This PDF version is most like what you would have been used to in the past when reviewing the MOH package to calculate your attainment levels.
Below are examples of what the reports look like in your system and you’re looking for the two dated as of April 2019.
